Claire Myers, Ph.D

Claire Myers, Ph.D., serves as a Pharmacology/Toxicology Reviewer in the Division of Hematology Oncology Toxicology, Office of Oncologic Diseases (DHOT/OOD), supporting the Division of Oncology 2 (DO2) in the review of drugs, including immune checkpoint inhibitors, immune agonists, bifunctional biologics, and small molecule drugs targeting non-reproductive system solid tumor indications. Prior to joining the FDA, she worked at AstraZeneca preparing IND submissions, managed the product development program for the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT), and worked at a CRO preparing IND, NDA, and BLA submissions on behalf of various pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She earned her doctoral degree in immunology from the University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Virginia.
