Patient-advocate scholarships

The AAADV Workshop has long held that patients and their advocates belong at the center of every conversation about cancer drug development — not at the periphery. Each year, the AAADV Workshop Foundation offers scholarships covering registration, travel, and accommodations for patient advocates attending the Pre-Workshop for Patient Advocates and the main AAADV Workshop.

Scholarships are open to current and prospective patient advocates working in any cancer area, including rare and pediatric cancers. Priority is given to applicants whose participation will broaden the perspectives represented at the workshop and who plan to apply what they learn within their own advocacy communities.

How to apply

Applications for 2026 patient-advocate scholarships will open [date TBA]. To be notified when applications open, follow the AAADV Workshop Foundation on LinkedIn or contact us at AAADV.org/contact-us.
