Shan Pradhan, MD, is a medical oncologist and Acting Associate Director for Safety in the Office of Oncologic Diseases (OOD) at FDA. Prior to this Dr. Pradhan was a member of the Gastrointestinal (GI) Malignancies team in the Division of Oncology 3 (DO3) in OOD/FDA for more than 10 years.
Prior to joining the FDA, Dr. Pradhan completed training in internal medicine and completed her fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. Pradhan received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Southern California.
