Registration Fee Waiver for Government Employees and Patient Advocates
If you are requesting an Academic/Non-Profit (50% discount), Student/Trainee (90% discount), Government Employee or Patient Advocate (100% Registration Fee Waiver) discount or fee waiver, please provide the information below. please only one entery per person, do not fill out this form more than one time. If you are a Speaker you will be granted access before the event. Please use the link above for standard registration.
Please email info@AAADV.org to apply for a REGISTRATION FEE WAIVER if you are from a low or middle income country or region. This form will not garentee event registration. Please allow us some time to process the registration request.
REFUND POLICY: In the event of cancellation, registration refunds will be provided. Refund requests prior to September 14, 2022 (EST) should be requested by email to info@AAADV.org. No refunds will be provided after September 14, 2022.
