Aaron Schetter, PhD, MPH
U.S. Food and Drug Administration
Dr. Schetter is a senior staff fellow and a scientific reviewer in the Office of In Vitro Diagnostics in the Center for Devices and Radiologic Health (CDRH) at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The CDRH is responsible for the premarket approval of all medical devices and oversees the manufacturing, performance and safety of these devices.
Dr. Schetter received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Notre Dame University, his Ph.D. in molecular biology and genetics from Cornell University, and his master’s in public health in epidemiology and biostatistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
