Dr. Thomas Uldrick is the Deputy Program Head of the Global Oncology Program at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, an Associate Member in the Vaccine and Infectious Disease and Clinical Research Divisions, and Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington, Division of Medical Oncology. He is a board-certified medical oncologist, clinical investigator, and internationally recognized expert in the field of HIV associated cancers.
Dr. Uldrick currently serves on the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Oncology Drug Advisory Board and is the co-Chair of the ASCO – Friends of Cancer Research Modernizing Eligibility Criteria Committee. He led efforts in 2016-2017 to develop recommendations for inclusion of people living with HIV in cancer clinical trials that led to a draft of FDA Guidance to Industry on this topic. Dr. Uldrick also serves on the Steering Committee of the Fred Hutch based Cancer Immunotherapy Trials Network.
