REGISTRATION FEE WAIVERS FOR U.S. GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES (FDA and NIH/NCI)
100% of the registration cost is waived for U.S. government employees of the FDA and NIH/NCI. Please email kim.lyerly@duke.edu for a government fee waiver code.
